Tenuta della Dainara Etna Rosso is born where northern Etna shows its deepest character.<\/p>\n

Here most of the plantings for our Etna Rosso are Nerello Mascalese, the grape variety that best tells the tension of Etna Rosso DOC. The soils have a strong presence of skeleton and closely recall the sciare lava flows.
\nIn the early years it may show a firm, almost angular tannin. Then it relaxes. The fruit of this Etna Rosso becomes finer, drinkability grows, minerality remains. Nerello Cappuccio steps in with a softer and more enveloping side, giving balance and fullness to the sip.<\/p>\n

In the glass it moves between red fruit, light spices, ash, undergrowth and floral hints. It is an Etna Rosso DOC designed for those looking for a wine of place, able to evolve and leave a memory. Not an immediate caress, but a sincere handshake.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
